Apr 21, 2022, 4:40PM to 6:00PM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The essential objective for today is to review the proof-of-concept results from each group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"toc_container\" class=\"no_bullets\"><p class=\"toc_title\">Contents<\/p><ul class=\"toc_list\"><li><a href=\"#Announcements\"><span class=\"toc_number toc_depth_1\">1<\/span> Announcements<\/a><ul><li><a href=\"#Live_Testing\"><span class=\"toc_number toc_depth_2\">1.1<\/span> Live Testing<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><a href=\"#Proof-of-Concept_Review\"><span class=\"toc_number toc_depth_1\">2<\/span> Proof-of-Concept Review<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#Final_Show\"><span class=\"toc_number toc_depth_1\">3<\/span> Final Show<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n<h2><span id=\"Announcements\">Announcements<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The final class on Thursday Apr 28 will be an evening show after dark, starting at 9PM and running for about an hour.  We will <strong>not<\/strong> meet at all during the usual class time.  Please be sure to submit your final files on time that day so we can queue up the final show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span id=\"Live_Testing\">Live Testing<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The final opportunity for live testing will be either Tuesday April 26 or Wednesday, Apr 27.  Which of those nights could each group send one or more members for testing?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span id=\"Proof-of-Concept_Review\">Proof-of-Concept Review<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each group has about 15 minutes to show and discuss their video.  As you present, please consider: what feedback would be most useful to hear?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you observe, please consider: how would you describe your experience of the piece?  What do you see?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span id=\"Final_Show\">Final Show<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Due: <s>noon<\/s> <strong>4PM<\/strong> on Thursday Apr 28:  Please send Garth and Catalina your final show files (.pd2 and any associated media) by <s>noon<\/s> <strong>4PM<\/strong> on Thursday Apr 28 to prepare for a live show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due: Apr 28, May 2: please create a course site post with the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Written description of the project including title and list of students <em>(due Apr 28)<\/em><\/li><li>4-6 photographs <em>(due May 2)<\/em><\/li><li>Embedded video of the final show <em>(due May 2)<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note: the text and photos of the final post must be hosted on the actual course site, only the embedded video may be an external link. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thu.
