Design Example: Pan-Tilt Head

../_images/pan-tilt-oblique.png

A pan-tilt head is a two-axis positioning device for pointing a camera using pure rotation around a point within the lens. This particular design implements a low-cost low-precision pan-tilt for a lightweight camera using only laser-cuttable parts.

The SolidWorks model files and individual DXF cutting files may be found in the FlatPackExamples/Pan-Tilt-Head folder, or may be downloaded as a single file as Pan-Tilt-Head.zip.
