We were also able to build the frame of the box in a way that can be scaled up when we move on to making the final version. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some obstacles we still need to address: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The marble can&#8217;t be easily moved up a ramp using magnets since the initial bump of the ramp is too much. Solution: try using a ramp that&#8217;s less steep and line it with wire to guide the marble. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The wheel to transport the marbles has a gap that holds the marbles inside when they should be pushed out when the slot is spun to the top.  Solution: try closing the gap somehow by using thinner plywood. <\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is our prototype for our marble machine box project.
