Reference: SolidWorks Component Models ¶

The SolidWorks example models use component part models representing lab stock which you may find useful. Most are drawn from scratch, a few were downloaded from McMaster-Carr. Several of these model include multiple configurations, e.g. the simplified screws include a design table defining many possible lengths of the part. Please note the images are not to scale.

These models can be found on the course site in the SolidWorks/components/ folder, or as a single zip file components.zip.
