At the center of the suitcase is a layered world similar to a Russian doll where a material (fabric/metal) is wrapped around it and as each motor removes the material a new world is exposed, similar to how a corned beef can is unraveled. This would represent how we are constantly shedding the skin of our old identity and becoming a new version of ourselves. Each layer would be activated by the viewer as they are given a new set of question(s) to ponder with each layer. Each layer would be removed every 2 minutes and the questions would be reflected in the base of the upper portion of the suitcase. The bases of both the top and bottom would be made up of mirrors ground to represent how these changes reflect positively and negatively to both ourselves and those around us.
