I was able to follow the video and build the servo set up this weekend. My only struggle was that the paperclip was bending and didn’t seem to want to snake around the syringe. I got around it by using tape for now.

I re-used my lace inflatable prototype to see how it would work with the automated servo device.

Then, I attached the lace to the other side of the servo to see how it moved. I was interested in the curling movement of the lace.
Just for fun, I put the small stuffed animal on the servo as well.

The sewing tutorial included stitches that I had done before. I stitched the first 3 as I couldn’t find examples and I don’t use them very often. The final three are stitches that I use very often for my different sewing projects and have included more complex examples of their use. I’ve been sewing for several years and only during the summer did I gain access to a sewing machine, so I have a lot of experience hand sewing the last 3 stitches as I would complete entire projects by hand.
