The fins are made of a lighter fabric that responds well to the actuated flapping motion created at the joint- the project is strongly inspired by the unique motion created as Manta Rays swim. The expansion and deflation can be controlled by the breath of the user. Each flower floats on its own &#8220;lily&#8221; and is connected to the user via air tubes.
