Administrative

We are off next week for Spring Break, we’ll resume on Tuesday March 10.

Reminder: next week I need to review all documentation and submit mid-term grades. Please make sure all your documention is complete.

Agenda

  1. The main objective for today is to brainstorm a new project concept consistent with your individual interests.

    • This should not just be a mash-up of your existing ideas; it should be coherent on its own.

    • Please draw out your ideas in detail: the whiteboard tables are useful for this purpose.

    • Remember: the dynamics are the piece, the form is a vehicle for the movement.

    • Once you get a rough concept, follow through on every detail.

  2. I will visit each group twice.

    • Round 1: brief notes on existing ideas

    • Round 2: discuss developing approaches

  3. There is no formal assignment over the break, but after we return we will need both a proposal slide and a draft bill of materials by Thursday March 12.
