For this iteration, I made a larger version of the same 4-legged jellyfish from part 2. However, the rim was still too thin and thus made it difficult to bond. I tried a different strategy in which I bonded the outside edge of the top piece to the inside edge of the bottom piece, which was much stronger than bonding the top and bottom faces of the bottom and top pieces together. However, the original design wasn’t intended for this so it wasn’t perfect. Also, there were some tears while I demolding. So not all the legs were air tight. In the video I was able to get 2 legs moving via inflating with the hand pump. In the next version, I’d make the outside walls thicker.
