SolidWorks Intro

You can use any solid modeling program to create your files for laser cutting or 3D printing. The handouts below assume you are using Solidworks. Using AutoCAD for laser cutting is easier because dxf is an AutoCAD format, so  exporting a part to scale is straightforward.
