Soraa LED 5000K¶

We have two sizes of LED bulbs at a 5000K color temperature:

• Soraa 01639, PAR20 High-CRI LED bulbs, 5000K, 565 Lumen
• Soraa 00803, PAR30L High-CRI LED bulbs, 5000K, 1050 Lumen

The Soraa system includes magnetically attachable ‘Snap system’ diffusers, which we have available for both bulb sizes:

ETC Source Four 3200K (Ellipsoidal)¶

We have purchased the following accessories for the existing ellipsoidal lights:

Cool Lights 5600K Chromakey (Green Screen)¶

We have a pair of these lights mounted on the ceiling to illuminate the green screen:

The chromakey backdrop paper roll is:

• Savage Widetone Seamless Background Paper, #46 Tech Green, 107” x 36’

We also have small quantities of paint available upon request. This must be taken to a separate space for application, the A10A lab is not a suitable location for painting:

Dracast Portable Bi-Color LED 3200-5600K¶

We have a portable kit with three LED fixtures with adjustable color temperature:

Color Effects¶

Color Correction¶

• Pro Gel 12x12” SupaLite LED Low Light Loss Diffusers and Long Lasting LED Correction Filters (12-Pack)
• Rosco Cinegel #3202: Full Blue - 20” x 24” Sheet
• Rosco Cinegel #3203: Three Quarter Blue - 20” x 24” Sheet

The Cinegel 3202 and 3203 are good starting points for matching the 3200K ellipsoidals to the 5000K LEDs. See pages 8 and 9 of the Rosco Filter Facts guide linked below for a quick tutorial.

Procedures¶

1. Always avoid unnecessary creasing and store all gels carefully in the provided envelopes. Gels are endlessly reusable if properly handled.
2. If you need to trim a gel to size, please cut neatly to a standard size to allow future re-use.
3. If you need to attach two gels, we have a special clear tape for the purpose. Please do not use this tape for anything else: Shurtape JLAR Clear to the Core Tape (Permacel J-LAR): 1 in. x 72 yds. (Clear)
4. If you need to limit light, we have opaque metal foil: Black Foil Wrap
