Thursday Set-up

We can set up the inflatables on Thursday afternoon and evening. On Thursday evening the animation class will be setting up projectors and on Friday they will be doing their mapping. Will your team be ready to set up on Thursday or Friday? (which one) I recommend the following:

  • Flytrap set up Thursday afternoon. That way the animators could use the lift on Thursday night to hang their projectors.
  • Dome, Ribcage, Cloud and Garden set-up on Thursday night, that way you can connect with the animators and also get your work are all set for the show. Then the animators can do their mapping, etc, with the inflatables in place.

Thoughts?

Friday set-up

If we are able to set-up on Thursday, then Friday is just a day of finishing touches and the show. If we do not finish set-up on Thursday, then Friday morning is when we will finish set-up.

Food on Friday: We need to get a head count for lunch and dinner food.

  • Lunch: we will offer lunch to anyone working on Friday over lunch. Will you be there for lunch?
  • Dinner: we will get dinner for everyone – ETA of food: 6:30pm. Will you be there for dinner?

  • Thursday:
    • 10am or 2:30pm — Flytrap set-up
