- Thursday:
- 10am — Neyetmare set-up cloud
- 2:30pm — Fly Trap set-up
- 6pm — Garden, and Ribcage set-up along with Animators
- 8pm — Dome set-up along with Animators
- (Sean will be the point person for inflatables on Thursday 6-8:45pm — Olivia will arrive Thursday evening at 8:45pm)
- Friday:
- 10am — Last call for inflatable set-up
- 6pm — dinner — INFLATABLE STUDENTS show up here (unless emergency)
- 6:30pm — “curtain call” for everyone (everyone must show up)
- 7:30pm — Inflatables turned on
- 8:30pm — Audience begins to arrive
- 10pm — show closes
- 10:10pm — strike the show (take down the show and return everything to Hunt)
- midnight – Hunt Library Closes
