Day 6: (Mon Sep 21, Week 4) Functional Decomposition

Notes for 2020-09-21.

Notes from Day 5

  1. Many have adopted the method of using the +/- breadboard buses as labeled. Please don’t do this: I have observed this pattern is a common source of error on physical breadboards.

My recommended solution for wiring the breadboard busses: ignore the labels and colors and use the top pair for +5V and the bottom pair for ground.

  2. A significant number of people did not create parameterized functions for Exercise: Servo Motion in Tinkercad, so we need to investigate. Today’s in-class exercise will follow up on this.

  3. Not many people turned in Exercise: Handheld Game in Tinkercad on time, so we need to investigate. (My apologies, we discovered it was posted with the wrong date.)
