  3. Please plan to pick up a Bluefruit microcontroller from Hunt A9 later this week. It’s the anteroom to the IDeATe offices, lower level of Hunt library. Your ID will let you in.

Discussion

Our main objective is to continue exploring both research and artistic questions related to telematic experiences. We would like to review all the projects you have found, so we’ll have to watch the clock. We apologize in advance if it feels rushed.

  1. We’ll go post by post, taking turns presenting comments and observations on each.
  2. General prompts:
    1. What was the most inspiring idea?
    2. Can you articulate the core premise or reasoning behind the work?
    3. What is another way that premise could be realized?

Assignment

  1. The third assignment is due before the next class.
  2. We’ll quickly assign pairings before the end of class.

Bring Next Class (Thur. 2/11)

You will need a few items for an in-class activity. Bring ingredients and tools for making a sandwich (or another very simple food). For example, for a PB&J sandwich bring: bread, peanut butter, jelly, a plate, something for spreading the peanut nut butter and jelly, etc.
