The child will interact with the toy my putting different sized magnetic balls at different depression away from the center big magnet.
Principles my toy is based on
The toy is based on a few physical principles such as:
- Newton Third Law – Equal and opposite reactions
- Magnetic Forces
- Gravitational Pulls
Construction of the toy
This toy would have very small magnetic balls, so definitely not for kinds 3 and under. Recommended age for this toy is 8+. The toy will have to be made using 3d-printed parts to create depressions for the balls to stay inside of, or else the magnetic balls will attract each other. There will have to be an appropriately larger magnetic ball in the middle and several smaller balls on the outside.
