Wind up toys are simple, great fun; and mixing and matching our favorite toys (as we did in class) is always a fun exercise in creativity. So why not combine these? Introducing the Mix n’ Mach Wind Up toy set, inspired by everyone who loves breaking toys and putting them back together (like me).
Children 4 and up (contains small parts) can mix and match different parts of these wind up toys, including legs, arms, and heads. Further, each part can do a different motion; for example, some arms move back and forth like a walking motion while others spin in a swimming motion. The crazier the combination, the crazier the movement when you wind it up!
These would be constructed similarly to regular wind up toys with plastic shells and contained gearbox assemblies. However, the arm, leg, and head connectors will have different gear assemblies depending on the motion that is intended.
