Creating a collage is difficult because the templates are not designed to fit together. This means we had to adapt our designs. We got the files and were able to scale them to then laser cut. We then did our best to guess and check and we were very close. Sewing is forgiving in terms of matching sizes because of the seam allowances. We would try and create new versions of our design with different animal heads to make a weird family of dino-like animals. If we could do this all over again we would have planned the sewing a little better. There was some thought put in but at certain points we had to sew the material when it was already flipped so that it could actually fit together.
