The 5V relays in our lab are model HASCO KLT1C6DC5 (datasheet).

This component is not made for a breadboard, but if you are careful you can make it work. Here is a picture of the component pushed into a breadboard with jump cables whose colors correspond with the labeled picture above. We didn’t have black jumpers so that black label and grey jumper go together.
