For our piece, we aimed to create a scene of a circus with a pair of trapeze artists and an unicyclist. We utilized the step motor for the unicycle and a stitched doll. For the Trapeze artists, we used wires, a motor and stitched dolls to create the motion effect we wanted. The trapeze artists worked very well with the mechanics utilized and gave a magical feeling as they swung back and forth.

We had two lights, one hard light and one single spotlight. We adjusted the lighting  to fit the mood of a performance throughout piece. To keep the editing to a minimum, we also created physical transitions.
