For this assignment, we chose to define parasite as a hindrance to human function. We wanted to explore how we could block the mouth from being utilized and then prohibiting eating. We explored a bunch of ways to achieve the opening and closing motion that we needed for the system to work. Ultimately we selected a pneumatic structure, like one that was demoed, that prohibits mobility on one side of the structure so that it would curve in only one direction and then return to its original state. It was overall pretty tricky to figure out, but we are pretty content with the result.

Working together was great, we both used our knowledge to build the best structure possible and divided up tasks to be efficient with time.
