Technical Tutorials¶

Each tutorial for the course is structured as an in-class activity with follow-up work outside class as necessary. The tutorials are designed as group activities. Each student is encouraged to take on roles which are new for you; if a particular skill is familiar, please let your peers practice instead, coach them if you can, and try something new to you.

Please remember that the essential skill behind every exercise is the core learning goal of IDeATe: learning the discourse and practice of other disciplines to work effectively across disciplinary boundaries. Negotiating common creative and technical goals with your peers is an essential activity.
