Today, we discussed 3D Modeling for 3D Printing. Specifically, how to create Surfaces from Curves, and then Join Surfaces into Solids.
Toward the end of class, we discussed how to export your file, as a Stereolithography File Type [.stl] – the universal file type, widely used in 3D Printing. We also briefly reviewed Mesh Editing Options.
If you missed class, you may want to review the content from a past website, all of which are located on the School of Architecture’s dFAB Website.
