We decided to go with a space theme and explore the use of darkness on the bridge, which would make the few lights that are on more meaningful. Our ideas so far:
- Taking off from earth (seeing the colors of all the planets as you pass them, asteroid belt, stars type of stuff).
- Something more dramatic like watching a star explode or planets crash into each other and then watching the universe heal from the event.
- Bring the night sky down to Pittsburgh by animating the constellations and showing the interactions that they have with one another.
- Look into the night sounds that you hear in Pittsburgh to animate and represent in fun and engaging ways.
