Inflatables & Soft Sculpture

March 25, 2020 / Class Lectures & Links

Agenda and Links for Mon. 3/23/2020

Today in class we will meet over Zoom.

During class we will go over the revised schedule. You will be paired with a partner and receive your first assignment.

Announcements:

Kelly Delaney (from IDeATe) will be contacting you to find out where she should have your material “care packages” sent so they reach you. She will be purchasing materials and tools that will be sent directly to you. It will be the same set of tools and materials for everyone in order to make the ordering easier for Kelly. Please look out for her email.

Our goals for class today are:

  • To check-in with everyone.
  • To go over the revised course schedule.
  • To think about structures and wearables that would be appropriate for this moment.
  • To get familiar with the first assignment.

Our Agenda will be:

  1. Say hello to each other and have a check-in.
  2. Look at revised schedule.
  3. Go over first assignment and inspirations.
  4. Get into pairs for first assignment.
    1. Partner Survey
    2. Connect in pairs in breakout rooms.
  5. Closing
