Shades of Color

Design:
Initially we were trying to figure out how the lens attachments would work, and we had a few different ideas.
We modeled the Shades of Color on the sunglass shape that we collectively liked the best, and attempted to make the frame fit all shapes and sizes. We decided that magnets that would fit into holes in the frame could hold together the layers of the shades.
Assembly:
We laser cut the shades frame, and many of the lens frame attachments. We press fir the magnets into their holes while making sure that their polarity was facing the right way. Then it was time to cut the lenses to fit into the lens frames. We cut one of each color
