For this project we wanted to make a creature with a large mouth, which we created by laser cutting a set of sharp teeth. We set the base of its mouth onto a turntable joint to be able to rotate it and make it face different directions, and also added a string made of fishing line to manipulate opening and closing of the mouth. Finally we created a landscape for our creature to explore, including a tree, and a background (which we used to play a different recording of our creature to make it appear as if a larger creature had come along to scare it.)
