-sandwich silk between layers of paper if slipping while cutting to prevent slipping

-use polyester or cotton thread

-use thin microtex needles in sizes 60/8, 65/9

Bonus:

Earliest evidence of silk was found at sites of Yangshao culture in China dating back to 3000 BC
